Most likely i would only be at 6800, but i figured before i actually go with something, might as well explore different areas.

I would go with Morels first or Caddies second. Not sure what the base circle is on that cam since it has higher lift but as the lifter starts sitting lower in the bore it can starve for oil. The Morels are designed to handle the lower position. I believe the Caddy lifters have features to prevent oil starvation as well but am not 100% positive of that.

When you guys say the stock replacement comps "went bad", what exactly do you mean? What was the problem with them?

LS7 lifters are good to 7500 rpm, after that the Caddy CTS-V racing lifters are recommended, they have reduced mass internals and are good to 8000.
I keep both in stock and can make any of you a deal you won't beat

Better than what you have advertised???? What would be a reason for buying the Caddy's if I'm not spinning past 6800?

LS7s will do just about any LSx build you could have in mind, you would only need Caddy lifters if you went over 7500. It's nice to know GM has a quality part that is good to 8,000 if you need one though

off topic a little but what if you add boost to the combination, still the LS7 for under 7500K actually probably under 7K for me

I've been running LS7's for a year now with a .645 intake lift.
