ls1 went into puddle of water cai sucked up the water, what to do? help

hydrolocked examples.
My ex drove my old LT-1 car down in a rain filled ditch, and it had a moroso CAI kit on it, and hydrolocked it while it was running.
When I got there, the water was up to the bottom of the radio, across the interior of the car and up to the middle of the hatchback glass, you could see my helments in the hatchback window, they were floating.
We got the rollback to pull the car out of the ditch, tried to start the car, and all we heard was the starter click. So right then, on the side of the road, I pulled all the spark plugs out, and turned the starter over to pump all the water out of the cylinders. We turned it over untill all water stopped comming out, put the plugs back in, and drove the car home.
Once we got home, I changed the oil, never to have a problem with that engine.

well, i bought electrical parts cleaner and cleaned the maf, and still the car hesitates when i take off, i just orderd new spark plug wires and a new gm maf, if that dosnt work, i realy dont know what it is, any ideas in case my what i bought isnt it? i bought some taylor 8mm wires by the way

We would Pull plugs crank engine.
fogg cylinders.

You want to get the engine running as soon as possible so rust doesn't have a chance to start.

didn't read all replies on here so just throwing this in. do compression check, valve/valves could be bent or cracked piston ring. compression will let u know ...
