Default just a quick question

i was thinking of getting the pacesetter ory pipes and was wondering where i can bring my cats to be recycled or whatever and get the most money out of them. itd be nice if they could just pay for the ORY pipes but thats probably just wishful thinknig. TIA
BTW i live in florida so no emissions testing.

Call a couple local salvage/recycle yards in your area. I'm thinking last I checked they where paying 80-85 each, But I'm not sure so I would make a couple calls if I were you.

Do you already have LT's? If so, what brand? You will be able to clam the ORY to your LT's if you have them. My whole exhaust system is put together with band clamps.

no LT's. dont have the money for them right now. i just thought of doing this since it'll pretty much pay for itself. the site says its a slip fit with stock system and comes with clamps.

my car is stock right now (besiddes some stereo stuff) and dont have any money for mods. i was looking at some of the free mods and was looking at gutting the cat, mainly for sound but heard that it messes up the airflow. since the old cats will pretty much pay for the new off road pipe, i thought i might as well go ahead and get it.

oh, alright. i guess i read the site wrong. i thought it said it doesnt work with LT's but it says it doesnt work with Lt's from other manufacturers. guess ill have to save up for the long tubes. i thought the pipe was just another part of the exhaust system, i didnt know you needed long tubes for it to connect properly. thanks.

imo, it would be a waist of money, an ory will net you minimul gains if any, save the money for some lt's!
