LS: GM P/N 12570326 - $3/ea @ SDPC
BBC: GM P/N 12558081 - $1.60/ea @ SDPC

The BBC parts are a tad shorter, but work fine. I'd suggest checking with your local parts stores (ie: NAPA) or GM dealer.

Getting the ice out of the bolt holes is the least of your problems. If you didn't remove the coolant drain plugs from both sides of the engine, that water is now frozen. This can crack the cylinder block.

If you had just water in the rad, then you removed the heads without draining the block, and some of the water ran into the head bolt holes and then froze. Then the same water that is in the engine is also frozen which can crack the block.
