224/222 .612/.588 114+2LSA

That is a -5* overlap, Stealthy with the right exhaust, should make 390+ and a shitload of trq if installed properly (Degreed with proper preload)

I run the same on my 6.1L but on a 117 LSA and I'm pumping 450rwhp out of it H/C

This is a Custom grind, Comp Cam

I'm about 99% sure LT1 valvesprings will not fit on LS1 heads.

So, if the springs will not fit the heads, can the heads be machined to accept the springs?

Get the right springs. You DON'T want to drop a valve! Springs are cheap. Some Comp 918s will be just fine.
