Yella Terra rockers are shaft mount, they are holding up to over 1K at the flywheel on our boosted street vette.

Stumbled across this looking to price some rockers to sell, not sure where your getting this from but 7K+ rpm is not crazy voodoo necessary.

Weve turned hyd stuff to 8500 rpm with stock rocker bodies, and my stock bottom end has pulled to 7500 with stock rockers, stock lifters etc. Right spring/cam lobe gets her done. Dont chose to go less stroke, less stroke is less power period. 4.1" stroke sings just fine at 8000 rpm. Destroking something is for when the rules make you

How heavy is your car? I would think a peaky high rev motor would not serve you well unless you are weighing a whole lot less than stock. If you have a gutted race car that weighs less than 3000 lbs, go for it...I'm thinking you will need all the torque in the world to get that Camaro/Firebird or Vette out of it's own way. High rev motors sound cool and all but be careful to build the correct type of powerplant to get you to your goals.

Don't try to re-invent the wheel. The fastest naturally aspirated guys are turning about 9500RPm with a 4.00 stroke.

Just keep it simple, and enjoy the power AND reliability instead of changing springs with every oil change.
