Who has the best deal on a long block or crate motor?

Who has the best deal on a long block or crate motor? My car has 137000 on the clock and sooner or later(hopefully later) I will have to rebuild or install a crate motor.

Which motor?? Come on man. That is pretty Damn vague. Anyhow, you are not gonna get the sponsers into a public bidding war. The best thing to do is to research the sonsers, determine 3-5 who have a good rep and contact them with your goals.
