they're 26# or 28#, can't remember. You don't really really need to upgrade yet, but if you want to and plan to do other mods later on, like heads, get some 36# or above.

It being a 2000 model, they would be 26lbs the smallest (1999, 2000) and it wouldnt hurt to get a set out of a 1998, 2001-2002 28.6lb/28.8lb or a set of 30lb and have it tuned.

Best bet is to call your tuner, tell him your mods and ask what to get. I have the ford 30# injectors (that flow 36# on an LS1 due to higher fuel pressure). I'm at about 80% injector duty cycle and I'm only making 390rwhp.

since you have smaller injectors I would upgrade. You can also look in the junkyards for GTP's and grab 8- that means you need at least 2 cars to pull from. They are 36#s from the factory and end up flowing like 39#'s on our fuel system. They are easy to tune and cheap.

lots of people use those and i am gonna be using those myself. they end up being 36# though in our cars due to our higher fuel pressure

i would think if you are pushing your injectors to the edge , wouldn't be a good idea to upgrade the fuel pump as well ?

Don't think so. Tell your tuner about your nitrous plans and see what he says.

I agree with Mac 2002 about upgrading the pump as well.

They would be fine if you're going WET. If you're going DRY, you might want to go with 42lb's for further growth.

The fast 36's and GTP injectors look identical, and are rated the same. I think they might be the same injector.

I'm runnning the Lucas Delphi #42's using my 146k factory pump & seeing less than 70% duty cylce with mods in sig.. I think New Era Performance has them on sale right now for $289.
