Default heads

i know this is a camaro spot. but you guys help alot of people in the info department so here is the problem. i have a buddy building a low compression 454 for a nova. He is wanting 600ft lbs and 600 horse i am just looking for a manufacturer that produces around 190cc runner heads. but the heads also need to be able to hold a .800 lift. he wants to run pump gas. he says this size will have torque down low for the launch. any help will be welcomed

a 454 can make 600hp 600lbs with less than .800 inch lift on the cam and i would also highly recomend no having that much lift on a small intake runner cause more than likely he'll have a good amount of duration on that big of a cam and the heads wont flow enough to take advantage of it. but if he wants a head good to .800, id suggest brodix heads, either the BB-2 PLUS(312cc intake runners) or the BB-2 XTRA(365cc intake runners). they run between 1000 and 1200 a piece
