Also, will different rockers get me there or do they not help much, like 1.75 lift rockers?

What do your stock wheels and tires weigh? My rear street wheels CCW Classic Street 18x12 with Mich PS weights 51 lbs each. My road race wheels CCW Classic Track 18x13 with Hoosiers weighs 39 lbs each that was 12 lbs / wheel less.

Rotating wt robs HP. Wheels/ tires, heavy brake rotors, fly wheels, heavy drive shafts

Each pound removed from rotation wt ( Unsprong or dynamic) is almost 6 lbs removed of out of the car it self. - Sprong or static wt.

My buddy has a 2000 SS M6 with cam [ Thunder Racing ], LS6 intake, pulley, 1 7/8ths LTs, Custom Y pipe, Electric Cut out, Blowmaster, K&N FIPK, and a tune and put 397 Rwhp. I think a set of TSP 2.5s or something similar should get you to where you need to be.

I am thinkin about getting some 16 inch rims and tires with some DR on it and maybe some suspension stuff and hoping I can take it to get it re tuned and see what difference it makes on hte dyno with lighter components. Eventually I am going to get the 90/90 setup.

Better invest in a nice rear first.

This is more then one way to increase HP and decrease times.

Gut your car, to remove wt. Speakers and stereo junk are a big wt adder.

Be surprised how easy it is to remove over 100 lbs out of your car.

Wheels. Lots of choices. I have CCWs http://www.ccwheel.com

Make great wheels. Drag set ups too.

Wow. Reading the crap marketing claims of certain part manufactures doesn't mean you will see those gains. Learning which parts enhance and work with others is what really works. Big fuel pumps should never precede heads that will work with your cam. Dyno #s at 6800 rpm mean zero for a good street car if it's a dog off the bottom. Rear wheel weight??????

Underdrive pulley will bring up the hp a bit, may get that 10hp in or at least a few hp. Some torque will be gained there as well.

Go true duals and it'll free up some hp there too, but not as much torque. Heads will be the best way to gain you enough to bring you over 400.

I think you should Port your TB, get an ud pulley and a retune. That should put you over 400hp.

I'm surprised you didn't make more power than that. I made 393hp 378tq with a smaller cam.

Good luck reaching your goals

I will port the TB eventually.. Since its free. I may put money into my bike instead since it will beat 99% of cars without much effort already and with a few small mods the a/f will be a lot better on it.

No need to put money into a bike. I agree with most people here. Port the tb and get a UD pulley and you should make it. I think you could hit 410 with those two mods and little bit more tuning. An electric cutout will probably help you reach your goal faster. Good luck!
