One plug is clean, the rest are black...no fuel or no spark?

My #6 cylinder will not fire. I have +25% Ltrims on that bank also, which I'm guessing is due in a large part to the misfire. I changed wires, plugs, changed coils, checked springs, everything checked out. But, the plug for #6 was clean, it looked like it had never been run, while the others were black. Is this a sign of no fuel or no spark? I plan on getting a buddy to help me check for spark later on today, but for right now, does anyone know which it is? I swapped injectors also (switched #4 and #6), seeing if the misfire moved, but it didn't. Thanks a lot for any help!

Black plugs are from running rich. A white or redish brown are signs of a hot lean condition. Maybe the wire going to trigger that coil pack got damaged. Unplug the fuse for the fuel pump, and disconnect the distributor cables. Hook up that suspect coil pack to an extra spark plug, ground the plug, and turn the car over for a short interval to check for a spark.

I was planning on removing the fuel pump fuse, taking the wire (still hooked to the coil packs), and holding a screwdriver close to it to see if it sparks. Will that work just as well?

The cylinder is getting spark, must not be getting fuel, which is what I suspected by the look of the plug.
