Need Help With Cam Install? Are all these the parts I need to install for a successful cam set-up. Also what other parts do I need besides and ls6 ported oil pump and ls2 timing chain? PLEASE I NEED HELP? GIVE ME SOME WISDOM

I've been doing a lot of research regarding cams and maybe heads.
The package you have listed seems competitive by the time you add the oil pump.
There are several vendors on LS1Tech that offer competitive prices also.
You will also need the Crane valve spring compressor tool as well.

Im not doing the install but what I was meaning is if in the cam package has all the neccessary upgrades for my valvetrain. Do I need to buy anything else for my valvetrain? Except oil pump and timing chain

the rods are to slide in the two holes when you have your timing cover offf to keep the lifters from falling down into your crankcase.

You can buy the tools from thunder racing to prevent that.
The stock pushrods are 5/16, upgrading with a thicker walled chromolly
is cheap insurance to prevent bending the stockers. Due to the increased
lift thus, higher spring pressure.
Basically the upgraded pushrod will have similar dimensions to
the stock ones.
