Need Forged rods and pistons....
Need Forged rods and pistons.... I'm going to run a stock crank with a stock bore ls1... I going to run a f14 and prc 2.5 5.3 milled .030... I want a piston that has reliefs just encase if i want to run a bigger cam... I've been looking through the vendors and i'm not sure what to go with... I talked to tsp about a diamond piston with a scat I beam rod... but i just want to make sure diamond is the best choice... So lets here what others think, and which vendors have the best deals on pistons and rods...
yeah a found a set of mahle one's for around that price... but was wondering how do they match up to a diamond piston? I also found a set a diamonds that used but only have 2cc valve reliefs, but i'm not sure what kind of cams will work with a 57cc head...
Diamond is definitely a really good piston. Me personally I went with Wiseco bc ill be running alot of nitrous

Im running 8psi and putting down 560 RWHP, im about to turn it up to 15psi. Im not worried about the pistons as much as the aluminum block.
