typically that's done when you pick out the cam... the lower the LSA the choppier the idle... anything lower than a 114 LSA usually provides for a fairly choppy idle...

otherwise you can always look at adjusting your idle to lower RPM's to give it a choppier note...

well the tr230 is on a 111 LSA so it sounds choppy enough anyway hahaha

dude if you want it to be louder and scare the **** outta some people put an h pipe on your exhaust with LM1 resonators that'll wake up the neighbors

I got my MS3 on a 113 LSA with Longtubes, custom 3" x-pipe, and slp shotgun resonators (LM1 resonators) and the car is just evil. I would love to hear a 111LSA or even the Trexs 110LSA on my exhaust set-up. I had sweet thunders before and my MS3 honestly didn't sound that tough at idle, now its just like a full blown dragster.

Default timing

ok, you can lower your timing just a little.
currently i have mine at 850 rpm
now i have been plaing with timing at idle with my HP Tuners,
if you decrease timing at idle it will sound "more lopey"/"nasty"
but will not idle as well, and you run a higher risk of it stalling on you.
also i have dual cutouts just after the headers so its already lopey enough for me. The exhaust has a lot to with the sound, best bet is cutouts or true duals.
