Default My h/c combo Advice??

I just aquired some extra cash and am going to buy my heads and cam, for the heads i found these... https://www.patriot-performance.com/...&cat=37&page=1
What does everyone suggest for a cam? id like the car to be streetable but make good power. would a 600 lift cam be to big? and what can i expect from this combo with headers, and a tune.
also what will i need besides the cam and complete heads to put everything in, pushrods etc... I also have an ls6 clutch now, will that handle the power?
my engine is an 02 from a ws6 with a t-56, slp loumouth exhaust, ported tb, 25% pulley. my car is an 84 t/a

thanks, i appreciate any help i can get.

I would look into the PRC line of heads from TSP. Great performance at a great price.

Are you looking for 400-430 or 450-500 rwhp ?? That would help us suggest which avenue to send you down. The 450 + avenue is going to cost more, and the closer you get to 500 rwhp N/A it seems the more it costs.

I would say DO NOT go cheap on heads. Afr 205's or TFS 215's and and for daily drivability with good power everywhere you could/should look at the g5x1 cam or for more power and the upgrade to dual valve springs g5x2. If you want go wilder there is the g5x3 and g5x4 cam. A good balance is the g5x3 version II. I have version II and love it. To make the most power you are going to need a good flowing intake. Minimum of a FAST 90 or ported 90. Why not give the 92mm FAST a shot if money is not an issue. Are you interested in better gas mileage and more power, add the meziere EWP. I am pretty much pushing you down the road I went bro. My final numbers were 490/445 at the rear tires. Very strong car. Any other q's, post up or pm me if you like.

Thanks bro. Unfortunately it cost a bunch to do it.

Another option is to install a supercharger and run low boost with all other mods done and you could easily see 450 rwhp even 500 rwhp with tons of torque. Just another option to consider. Stock engines can handle the lower boost without too much to worry about. You start jacking up the boost and you will need to expect to have problems. Good luck going N/A or FI.
