I just ordered a 85mm ls6 throttle body and was contemplating the ls6 intake as well over the fast (price)
was wanting to know what cam you all recommend?
i wanna be able to hang w a few of the locals (98 ls1 camaro 125 shot fast, comp cam borla 4l60 2800 yank, and a 03 cobra built stage 3 cams, kenne belle blowzilla t56 and spray camaro putting down around 400 and the cobra supposedly lil over 6
I was really wanting to find a ls2 short block and do the l92/l76 but dont know that it would be worth the trouble for a few more cubes.

If you are running stock manifolds I would suggest something like the CheaTR, not sure what custom style exhaust they would have for a FD conversion. But consider all of the supporting mods as well, TC, shift kit, exhaust, etc etc.

cam is completely subjective.
i like the LS6 over the FAST.
i think the L76/L92 setup is "meh".
get a decent set of heads on that 346 with an LS6 intake and a good cam and youll be good.
