22K miles on the motor. Any Ideas?

Yeah they are not very good and also they are single springs so if one breaks you have no chance of the inner spring saving your valve.

Stock springs would be with anything other than stock cam

Here's a question Ive heard various answers to- Whats the biggest cam for LS6 springs (new yellow ones). I've heard .55 and .58, both from reputable sources.Which is it? Just curious.

The stock springs suck for even a stock cam. If your gonna cam it, spend the extra hour, doing valvesprings too.

Umm you would have to take off the valve covers to take the rockers off to take the pushrods out, to take the pressure off the lifters, to take the cam out....

shortcuts always lead to disasters that can't afford to fixed. Do it right the first time...
