Disappointed
I would love a GMMG or a Borla, but with having to buy a new system from the headers back....cost is a big factor. Not to mention tires, torque arms and possibly new rims, I only have a few bucks to play with. If I had to prioritize, tires may pass this year and could wait till next. I would like to got the exhaust squared away so I am not back and forth to the tuner.
My big big hang up is a good catted Y that I can "modify" for "off road" use.
and they retuned my car.I picked up more torque. The magnaflow are really good catback systems. They are a little quiet for some people but they are still really good on ls1 cars.
When you have more money I would get a good set of heads and an ls6 intake .This stuff can get really expansive pretty quick.
I am doing heads and cam and a few other things pretty soon here.I figured if I was going get things done that I would wait untill a got some decent heads.I already have all the bolt ons. If you are doing the work yourself then who cares.I am having a shop do the work so I figured why not do it all the same time considering how much work it all is.

228/228 cam
LT Headers
True Duals
Volant style intake
dual timing chain
Dual Springs And stock everything else including the intake manifold.
All this is on a 98
Sounds like you need a retune.
