Default Oil Change Light?

After my header install, the oil change light keeps coming on? I have good oil pressure and I added 5 1/2 quarts of Pennzoil 10w 30. It goes off, but then it comes back on.

My dipstick is kinda broken so I can't see how full it is. haha Any suggestions?

Is it like every time you start the car it stays on for a few mins then shuts off?

You need to reset the light. Turn the key on and hold the trip button for a while to get the change oil light to go away.

button located on the dash that cycles between trip and odometer and also resets your trip. Turn the key on (don't start car) and hold the button down until the "change oil" light blinks.
