Default TFS GenX Kits?

Whats everyone's thoughts on Trick Flows GenX top-end kits? They rate them at 485/500/and 515 FWHP. But it doesn't say with what supporting mods. To me it sounds like a decent deal at $3100 since u get everything u need for the swap including Harland Sharp shaft rockers. Its a package i may be looking into. Unlesss $3100 can get u a better head/cam swap elsewhere.

I have trickflow heads and harland sharp rockers and would recommend them to anyone.

IMO those numbers probably aren't with any other mods. TEA made 550hp at the flywheel with a Fast90/90 and the stage 3 heads/cam setup. Pretty stout stuff.

On top of what comes with that kit, I would get LS7 lifters and a new timing chain.

It tells you in the small print: "kits were dyno-tested on a stock 5.7 LS1 short block with 10.5:1 compression and an LS6 intake manifold". "Tuning is required for maximum performance".
