stock 99 block and pistons, stock ported 241 heads, what would it take to get this to work. Do you think it would take to much cutting in the piston

I wouldn't run that with those heads regardless.

 

Notching pistons, yes.

Other things that would be required:

stroker shortblock, and WAY better heads...
