Default Car turns over, But wont start! Help!

The car is my 99 corvette with a 413 stroker..This is what happened. I took the car out for a drive last night. Ran WOT 1st,2nd and 3rd hit the rev limiter in 3rd and the car shut down when i pulled to the side of the road and tried to start, the motor turns over but wont start. I have checked everthing. The car is getting fuel, has good fuel pressure, Getting spark, starter is working, all fuses are good. The car threw two codes, but they would not keep the car from starting(P-0108, P-0342)

Starting to think that the car jumped timming......But want to check everything before i pull the front of the motor apart. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Check wiring to the cranks sensor. Sounds like a sensor gone bad or possilbe loose ground. Honestly i'm just guessing to help you out. It only makes since if the vehcile just died. Hope someone with a little more knowledge can help.
Good luck

What's going on Van! Long time. I dont think it is a timming issue either...the motor only has 5000 miles on it. I think the alt. is going bad, so the battery would not have had enough juice to get it started...Just enough to turn it over. Im putting a fresh battery in it tonight. Then im going to check the Crank sensor..

Thanks for help.

this sounds kinda extreame but i did the same thing in my H/C car. had spark, fuel, did a compression test, new crank/cam sensor, swapt pcm's....ended up being a broken valve spring. i pulled the valve cover off and seen a rocker was loose and the outside spring snaped. i was luckey i had dual vlave springs. i replaced all the valve springs and one bump of the key the car fired right up and has been fine ever since

I was going to pull the valve covers tonight and inspect.....I have comp 918 springs.. So we will see....the alt. had been throwing a code P-1637 so the voltage reg is probably bad. If so the car just died due to low voltage....Im hoping. Thanks for the help everyone...I will keep you posted..

Still no luck.....The car is not throwing any codes now. so im going in the right direction. I went back and double checked for fuel ( got fuel and lots of it) spark( coils are fireing, got spark thru the wires, the plugs were covered in gas.) So im starting to think that it is the plugs, or the ing. system is not working as it should.. I cleaned the plugs the best i could with what i had around, put back in and did more then it has in days....but still no fire up and run. I know alot about LT1s but still learning on the LSXs.....what else could control the spark?

Sorry to hear the bad deal. Its not to often you see those chains break. Go with a double roller. Let us know how it turns out.

Thanks....It is my DD and has been the most reliable car i have owned....But i have had it for close to nine years...I have also done all the work myself. I built the 355 in it 5 years ago and have done nothing, but change the oil and plugs. And it has around 600 drag passes on it!
