Must use a push rod checker to get the right preload and wipe pattern on the valve stem .Plus you need to know what thickness head gasket you ll be using

I would say around 7.350" to 7.375" ,Because heads shaved .030" and head gaskets .040" stocker are .055" so a total of .045". so you gained .045" closer preloads in the lifter so you need a shorter pushrod.

What about the base circle of the camshaft? What about stock length NOT being 7.400" (it's shorter than that FYI)?

I'd say 7.375" or so will be close...but your best bet really is to measure, or at least check swipe pattern.
