I would just start telling everyone your iVTEC kicked in, lol. I wish I could do something like that, I'd be proud of it. Yeah I spun a bearing, oh yeah I grenaded my block. What then now. Good luck with the next motor.

Its just a flesh wound!!! Reminds me of a Diesel 12 liter block I saw split completely in half from a rod when I worked at Catapilar

I've seen that happen to an Iron block when there was only water in it and it sat through the winter.

You would figure the timing cover would break before the whole block would crack in half but I dunno. Its impressive. It would definitely be a show piece in my garage if it was mine
