The reason I went with stage one LS6 heads vs. stg 2 LS1 heads was because originaly I was going to buy some stock LS6 heads and run those with my old cam - just to see. And Joe had some for sale for a good price so I bought them. Then the next day I decided to get a bit more power without getting to deep into the money. Basically I ended up cheaper than a set of S2 LS1 heads, and then I have cores if I ever go big cubes. It was mostly just an oportunity thing though.

I was at Dynolab in Marietta. I don't have a scanner to get the graph up. Basically the torque is above 300 from 3K all the way to redline, and is above 350 from about 3800 to around 6200. The hp is above 300 from about 4200 up. The cam "peaks" up around 6500 and makes above 400hp from 5700 up to redline. The cam really never "peaks per say. I bet if I ran it out to about 7K it would get interesting!
Its good to see you had it dynoed at an independant shop, this shows how real the numbers are, there are alot of shops that will trick the dyno to show higher numbers just for fake advertisment and fake attention, thanks for being true and honest, this will help us see who and what combos make the real power, jpr does great work and it reflects in your car. thanks and good luck with your car
