Default shiming the oil pump spring

did a wuick search and saw someone used a trimmed ss washer another said that it had to have room to have oil flow around it...??? they said use a ball bearing?

what did yall guys use and how thick was it? i just want a little more pressure...

I think SLP sells the shim if you want to just buy it?

Guys use a nut laying flat between the end of the spring and the plug. Most use .100", also make sure to use a little sealant on the plug.
