Well, i got it all back together tonite. Just going to wait till the morning to fire it up and fill the radiator back up. Hope I didnt do all the work for nothing!! LOL!!!

Well, I fired it up this morning and low and behold!! I have pressure again!! On cold start up it was 60psi and once it was warmed up and after a 5 min cruise, it remained at 45psi idling. Cruising at 60mph was 60psi at about 1400rpm. I was sure to use the red loctite this time!
