Default Cats and cam?

Whos running a cam and cat's? Becuz my car is in the shop get the cam installed and they said it wouldn't sound as good since i have cats. So you guys that have a cam and are running cats can you post up a video so i can hear how it sounds?

What brand of cats you running? I have Magnaflow 59959 cats still loud as hell!

That's not a correct statement....it depends what cats you have.

I'm running ProFlo cats w/ my DynaTech SuperMaXX LT's. Even w/ the turbo cam still in the car it sounds excellent. Should sound great when I get the new cam in

Aftermarket high flow cats will reduce rasp and reduce the volume some. Which in my case is good....as the GMMG exhaust I have is still loud as F@ck at WOT on the current H/C setup. It would probably be too much if I had an ORY.

I think ARH uses the Magnaflow Hi Flow metallic core cats and mine is loud above 3500. I actually wish it was quieter so I could be a sleeper but it is hard to make a H/C full exhaust LS1 quiet by most standards without choking it

i have a MS3 cam and its way too loud, i need to install some high flow cats later on to quiet it down!!

I have a 233/239 112 cam in my GTO. The video here is of the initial startup with cats and stock mufflers. It has terrible video because it's dark but the sound is what you're wanting anyways.
