Need a Cam.
Last night i took my car to the track for the second time and i run 13.3s with the mods in my sig.(i will be installing a LS6 or used 90 when i do the cam)
I would like to do a cam to get me into the 12.9s or lower.
The cam i am looking for i would like it to be agressive (me knowing nothing about cams)
I will be installing the cam, springs and pushrods.
Any ideas on cams for me?

As far as cams go, either pick one off the shelf or in my opinion pm predator z or patrick g and have one of them spec you a custom cam. Also don't forget being an a-4 that your going to need a stall converter as well.

what he means is learn to drive your car a little better before you start to sink money into it, I think he just meant that it looks like your car should run faster.
As far as the cam goes, there is nothing wrong with a 224ish cam! Dont get fooled into getting a donkey dick cam that will have an everest like power curve. Im running a 224/228, numbers in sig.

But from 7 passes that i have made in two days i come up with 13.3s @ 105 & my first pass ever on the car was a 13.27.
Tires lowered to 16 to 18 pounds on BFgoodrich Drag T/As.
As soon as that third light turns yellow my foot is to the floor until the end and the everything hooks.
The car is an A4 with 3.23s. i have used the factory converter and had the RPMs up around 1400 then launch but that doesnt seem to do better.

yes, what i mean is...the way to make a car run is NOT by throwing money at it. ie buying and installing a cam. you will then have a compounded problem. right now it seems the tune is off or something, as that car should trap more than 105 with the given mods. i would look for a 108+ trap out of that setup and possibly another (better) tune if possible. i'd lower the air pressure to 12-13 psi, as it will go up during the burnout. get the car to run the best it can now before you change anything. adding MORE variables to a problem is just asking for trouble.
the car will go sub 12.99 with more practice. you have how many passes under your belt with it like it is? my bolt-on stall car started @ 12.8 and ended up @ 12.2 a couple months later with the EXACT same setup, just practice practice practice. i bet i made 50 passes in that 2 month span.
