The total combination is worth far more than simply throwing a pair of heads and a cam on a car. You've seen many shops and several DIY'ers with TFS 215 heads make 500 RWHP, you've also seen DIY'ers make 430 RWHP with the same heads. This is why it is important to work with a proven package within your budget.
We've also had LS6 heads make big RWHP, but the results are much more inconsistent due to casting shift of the OEM castings. The larger port volumes on the ported OEM casting also make them more sensitive to cam timing events and practically everything else.

Cartek is sick for stock castings but for that kind of money I would go TFS.
I am VERY happy with the PRC's in sig and my old Gen I buddys cannot believe the bottom I have with such a thumpin cam. I have at least stock torque 1800 (lockup) and above and put down +350ft.lb rear wheel torque from 3500-6300. My torque graph is nearly flat peaking at 383
For the $$ I spent I am very happy with TSP.
