can I buy and install arp rod bolts with out haveing to do any machine work? I read where some one said you had to machine the rod or change bearing to use arp but not ktech. I would rather but and use the arp but If I have to I will use the ktech. I am guessing the rod bolt part number for the 6.0 rod should be the same as the ls1 rod considering they are supposed to be the same rods?

i had the machine shop put my arp pro rod bolts in for me the only thing is when you take your old rod bolts out in the cap there is a sleeve you have to take that sleeve out because the arp's are thick near the head of the bolt..my machine shop called arp and that is what they said to do..but there was no resizing or anything of the sort..
