Proven time and time again. Cam only + good traction = 11s. Tell the mustang owners to suck it

 

haha... take a mustang full boltons, suspension, and a at least a 100 shot to hit 12 flat to high 11's....


thats why I just sold my mustang.

 

My girlfirind's camaro runs 11.90's all day long with a 218/220 cam and basic bolt ons. I got a timeslip but no video.

et and mods in sig. i got there with the help of some MT Et streets/skinnies and dumping the clutch at 6k. i'll be launching higher next time if i can ever get back to the track.

it only took 4 years of racing at the track for me to slap a set of slicks on there. never again will i track race w/o good tires.

have a friend with 01 trans am. 98k miles, lid, hooker lt, true duals, edge 2800 stall, 3.42 and tune. 95' out, and runs consistent low 7.6s which is 11.9s all this with stock cam, no weight reduction, and baby seat

 

"Baby" 226 cam, A4 w/3600 stall and 342 gears.
3755# race weight. Stock suspension, both swaybars in place...no tricks.
Nothing but ProStars and MT Drag Radials....
