We dyno'ed today at 501rwhp and over 480rwtq. car pulled like a mac to 7000rpms. I cant say enough to the customer service, quality of products, and assistance provided by any of the above mentioned vendors, and especially the help at TEA. Brian , Brent and the entire staff are a pleasure to work with and as for the results, we drove the car from memphis to bowling green and back, avg. over 30mpg, and has over 500 horses at thye wheels. funny thing is that there are others running this like cam etc with big cubes that aren't making the power, the big difference is in the HEADS!!! all i can say is they get my vote for service, price, and performance. also want to thank tom garland aka nevernuf for helping in initial computer setup and lots of help along the way. Thanks to all and look for a nassau blue vette from memphis coming soon to a track near you! joe
500rwhp is very impressive for a driveable motor like that!

I have one question, my friend in another state was telling me he called tea for some heads for his vette. They told him they wanted to get in big with the corvette community and was going to give him an outstanding deal on the heads and get him free dynoing on one of there buddies dyno just for him to talk up and push there product, is this true with you to. Is this how tea gets all there chearleaders. Just asking, it sounds like it with your post
anyway, if the stg3 heads are consistant and run good, of course s.A.M. probably ported them and tea copied the port to cnc, maybe they are the answer for me. maybe I can get a good deal on these heads, we all know I have a big mouth, I will push these to all my vette friends and guys on the vette sites

Sounds like TEA is back on track working with SAM. This should be an outstanding team. The TEA 6.0's have always shown excellent results to the best of knowledge. Sounds like the TEA 6.0 have just gotten better with Judson Massengill/SAM's involvement.
I think lot's of folks would want a Judson spec'd head, I know I would if TEA can bring SAM quality heads and performance to the market place at great price, all I can say is Brian might just be one of the sharpest sponsors on the board.
Maybe with a little luck someone from TEA & SAM will comment on these new 6.0's

Most of the people on this board give props to whomever gets good results from a vendor products. Many people have some loyalty to vendors that have provided good service to them in the past. That's the way its supposed to be, good service = future purchases. As to knowing about the Stage 2 heads, I do. See sig.
3525-3550 race weight. What does your car run, by the way. You must be one of those people that think they can make themselves, or someone else, look better by jamming others. Give it a rest dude.Bruce

Even if TEA did that, im sure every other head company out there has done the same. Thats how you sell parts. Its called business
Once you get a good set out there thats proven and does well it sells
Looks like to me TEA as trying to help your friend out and you have done nothing but slap them back in there face

If you dont like TEA, then stop replying to there posts. If you think TEA sucks, come on down to our Oct 4th shootout. It will be a few TEA cars there.. you can line your vette up with them. Hell ill even run you on my first pass ever down the track with these heads

man you havent posted in one TEA post without having some smart remark about them

TEA is nothing but top notch. Name a company that has a $50K (might be more) digitizer/CNC machine setup in their same shop that they do head work in for our LS1s.........hmmmmm well????Brian and Brent know their stuff. I went up there and they showed me some of their software tools they used and I was really impressed. They have the best bang for the buck ($2500 for stage 1.5 heads/cam/tuning package was what my friend was quoted for his car) and they know their stuff.
If I didn't have my heads done at the same shop that was doing my engine block assembly, I would have taken them to TEA. I will be ordering some 6L heads for my turbo setup soon from them, no doubt.
Thanks to all
Brian Tooley
