What camshaft lift, spring pressure open/closed, rpm, preload, valves/valveweight were you using?

are you talking about an aftermarket ls7 rocker, or the GM rockers sent to HS to have them replace the trunion/bearings?

either way....my guess is, nobody.

i had the gm rockers done by them, and they were stout and have no problems.

if i recall, i believe .669 intake and 644ish exhaust. pretty aggressive. it was a cam motion grind.

fwiw i had 2 stockers fail. the HS mod fixed that.
