Default Knocking noise. Help!

i am having kocking knoise in my camaro from the valve train around when the engine is around 2500 rpm and going around 30mph. We can hear it when driving. 3 weeks ago we did a cam swap with the mti x1 (230/227 112lsa) with new comp 918 springs and stock push rods. We logged the the knock and it gives us 9.9 knock, even if we decrease timing, it will still give knock retard. Could it be a bent pushrod? What could be going on?

Could be a bent pushrod, could be a chaufed wire harness. I'd pull the valve covers and inspect everything.

For sure go through your install again. Pull the rockers and visually inspect your valve springs too. I assume when you say knock that its a deep, thud type sound. If I understand you right it probably isnt a bent pushrod. I say check your rockers and springs. If it still does it, you need to be sure and narrow which side its on and pull the head and inspect lifters. Cars can make funky sounds that you wouldnt expect. A broken primary at the header flange can sometimes thunk, but it usually rattles. Does the sound get more pronounced when you are under the hood and increasing idle, or does it start to subside when you get 0ver 2500 rpms?

Dont go out and buy them for no reason. Pull them all out and roll them across a glass/marble table and see if they show warpage.
If it isnt pronounced enough for your eye to pick it up, its not worth worrying about.

If you used stock pushrods with 918 springs there is a good chance you've bent them. I'd install a set of hardened pushrods asap.

I just changed all pushrods (stock used from another motor) for now and took it for a ride. It did still give knock but it was lower. Its like a ticking noise i guess when I accelerate from 20-30mph.. the noise comes on at about 2k-2.5k rpm. After and before that theres no ticking. And on the log i get about 5-7 degrees of knock in that RPM range. Ive lowered the timing on that RPM and i still keep getting the same knock retard on the logs.

Default cam bearing

I just tore down my lq4 because I thought mabe I had threw a rod bearing after it's possible with 280,000 miles but nope bearings buttifull, the #3 cam bearing had worked its way out and was being struck by the crank counterwieght, don't no if this was a contributing factor but there was no oil hole punched in the bearing, it had been dry its whole life .It kinda sounded like lifter noise too

Default cam bearing

that noise in the vidio sounds exactly like mine made when the cam worked its way half way out the bore and was struck and rotated by the crank counter wieght.
You could probably see it by pulling the pan and windage tray and looking up at the jurnals with a flashlight. That is a lot of work tho, but if that is what it is im sure it would do major damage if it came all the way out

I drained all the oil and inspected the oil with a magnet but did not pick up any metal pieces. so its not the cam bearing.. can it be a knock sensor even though I dont get any codes for the sensors?
