Default Need help....LS6 intake install question

Hi,

I swapped out my ls1 intake for a ls6. I followed the instructions on ls how to and purchased the two coolant plugs and crossover tube as suggested.

When I removed the old coolant line I noticed these two small metal gaskets underneath the rear lines but not on the front ones. The install guide said nothing about these and the front ones were not there.

I installed everything with out the back to as the plugs had a rubber oring piece built in on them.

It runs and I don't see any leaks, but after reading on TR's website it lists the part number with (4 required)..................20-12551933 GM LS1 Coolant Seal (4 required)

Any ideas

Thanks in advance

Neil

Couldnt say for sure, but if its not leaking after driving the car, I'd say that you are fine. The object is for it not to leak. Just drive it and check it every so often.

Just wondering...Im about to do this same swap on my LS6. Am i correct thinking I do not use the rear cross tubes and use the plugs to plug off the holes and only use the front cross over tube onle?
