Default LS1 injector in a l92 intake?

Has anyone used LS1 style injectors in a L92 intake?I would imagine they fit but ar too tall so a LS1 or LS2 rail would be required or could u use the L92 rails with them?I have a set of 65lbers in LS1 style sitting here and the car has the LS1 injector harness so I figured I could use these inj. for the project?

I run 42lb Ford Green Tops in my car. They are the same dims as the older style LS1/6 injectors. I do run FAST LS2 fuel rails though.

With stock LS1 rails, some tab bending, spacers and 0-rings it can be a very workable low cost deal.

Lingenfelter has the right o-rings ~$10 plus shipping. You may be able to get them to put them in a cheap envelope or else the shipping is more than the 0-rings.
You can make up rail spacers from al tubing. the spacers need to be ~ 1/2"

Nice setup with the FAST fuel rails and pressure reg - you do know your missing your oil dipstick though right?

I will be running the stock LS2 injectors on the L92 heads - fuel rail just needs a 1/2 spacers to fit without bending the tabs.
