The drawing is available in a dxf. format ready to use for those that have access to CNC machining capability, or for wire EDM or laser. I also have a dwg. drawing that you can use to measure and verify the parts.

PM if interested in a swap.

I'm using these in a Miata swap. The flange is huge and I'm thinking of cutting it off and coning down the exit of the header down to a round 3 inch outlet with 14 guage stainless.

Are you looking for something like this?

I just cut those big heavy flanges of an welded the two together. It's a bit lighter and looks better if you ask me.
These are for a turbo project I'm doing.

That's it exactly. Nice thinking. I'm doing a swap in a Miata and there's very little space for those giant, odd flanges. I am welding my own transitions to end up with a standard 3 inch V band flange.

Default LS Exhaust Manifold flange gasket

I just purchased an LS 7 exhaust manifold and had the flange made. Does anyone know the part number or where you can purchase the gasket for the header flange. It is an oval that fits into the flanges.

Ken
THanks for the quick response. The part number you quoted shows as diamond shaped part not the oval part. It looks like it is the gasket for a pipe to pipe connection not the oval connection.

Please advise.

Thank you so much. That is the information I was provided as well but the picture looks very different.

Are you building an SLC? I see that you have one for your picture. If so I would enjoy speaking with you. I am building one as well. My email is Jonathan@ruhlfamily.com
