ok, now that we have some opinions.....here are some facts. I have run them. In fact I think I was the very first person to run them. I had a set for an lt1 back before aero bought them. At first they were from Dominion. Having admitted having a set and actually run them, back in probably 97-98......They took a lot of fabrication to use, but nothing unexpected really and they were a quality peice. They can make the power.

Back then they were about 3k....that included rockers, head gaskets etc...and when you added up a set of afr's with rockers etc....it was about equal.

The low lift numbers were incredible, and the 500-600 lift flow numbers were unheard of. The valve train is pretty similar. The valve sizes are small, the springs are small, etc...thats the only difference. Mine easily went to 7k. The biggest draw back to them when I USED them was packaging. A 4th gen with an lt1 is a tight fit, and the heads are big. I would love to use them on something easy to work on, like a red, roadster, the right door car .

The right street car, and big power numbers and drivability would go hand in hand. I would think 1200-1400 hp and true oem street manners may be possible, but were talking big budgets, r&d and lots of knowledgable people to make it happen.

1320: I bet the engine sounded wicked. I suppose a good platform would even be a Corvette since half the engine isn't buried inside of the car.
