I run them in a second. The reason you dont see them.....is the price point. They flow the numbers and have extreme low lift numbers. The problem is they just cost too much for the people who could use them. They are not "legal" for most class racing but those are the only guys that would even consider the money outlay.

If thye were in the 3000-3600 area like they use to be, then you would probably see them in use.

at $8k or whatever... that's a turbo... and i thought with forced induction, a lot of the issues of head flow and 2 valves vs 4 valves kinda went out the window?

Do a little homework on this company. I wasn't able to find a single person that is using these heads without issue. I did find a few people in various stages of getting screwed though.

he makes a great point. why have 4 valves when you can have two and a **** ton of displacement?

and for the cost of an alternative to getting **** banged by this company, a turbocharger?

unless you like $8,000 worth of butt rape

You talking about Aero? I know they make a DOHC SBC head at an unreasonable price.

Seen them before. Cool idea, Intresting engineering, but for that price & prob lower i could get canned heads and flow the same.

I've always been fascinated with these heads, but exotic parts (especially valvetrain) are just a recipe for disaster. Forged engine, modest cam, modest heads, efficient super/turbocharger = big power and decent reliability. After an engine is the boosted, the need for radical heads/cam is eliminated (unless you're trying to compete).

The head are not DOHC, they still use the pushrods.

I stand corrected. They look like they use DOHC though.
