Default LS7, a vacuum regulator or not?

Does the LS7 use a vacuum fuel pressure regulator or not? I know it is set at 58psi, but is it controlled by vacuum?

Well from what I know it is a returnless fuel system and I believe its mounted in the back around the fuel tank. So I would have to say no it uses no vac.

Thanks
However does anyone know for certain? Vacuum or no?
Trying to decide if I should tune with or without a vacuum.
