Default to victor jr or not to victor jr? cam?

I have a FAST/NW 90mm setup right now and I want to go to a victor jr and accufab 4150 4bl throttle body. Not looking to spin the stock bottom end over 7k, but I do have a 402 rotating assembly. Plan on running as long as possible on the stock LS2 stuff.

Will the vr jr/accu setup hurt me with my current combination? I plan on having a cam ground, but how much bigger could I really go without needing to spin it over 7k to make power? (any suggestions on cam specs?)

It made 487whp locked with the current intake and tb combo and 691 on a 175shot. I would love to break 500 n/a and 700 on the same pill. Besides, i've got the intake, tb and cam sold for enough to cover the vr jr (w/rails), accufab, and cam. I also like the idea of running a 4150 nitrous plate.

I just don't want to lose power or et.

current setup:
stock LS2 shortblock
228r 114
TFS 225's milled (11.8-12.0:1 compression)
yella terra 1.7 rockers
TSP 1 7/8 headers
