Best way to make flowmaster sound... better? I'm looking to buy a 99 TA that has a floemaster setup on it. I don't know which one - it soudns ok, but it's a little on the quiet side for me. It has duel tips on it now... looks like an slp loudmouth. what's the best way for me to get the car sounding louder without putting in something else? will replacing the tips help?

Flowmaster I was cheap and did not want to buy another cat back at the time. So on my chokemaster that was on my stock 5.7 with headers, I dropped the L tail pipe and started cutting out all the baffles inside.
By the S O T P dyno I could feel a difference above 3500 RPM and it was not that much louder. Now it's on my 402. Tame while in cruise but @ WOT, lil raspy. But I don't care, the sound is behind me , LOL...
So I guess I have a Hollow Master !
