I read some forums where some guys had problems putting an Airaid intake on the Z06 and had the CEL coming on because of running lean. some did and some didn't get the light. I just bought the intake and was hoping it would be OK running the stock tune on it. I dont want to change the tune as it voids the powertrain warranty which i paid $1500 extra for..

 

I can't speak from experience with the zo6 but if the air is passing thru the maf I don't see how this could cause a lean condition. Cold air intakes and catback exhaust systems don't void the factory warranty, if these required a custom tune to work they would void it no?
You could call Airraid to see what they say also.
