Default harmonic balancer install tool?

Where can I buy a balancer install tool? There used to be a guy here on tech that was making/selling them, but he seems to be out of the game.

What are my other options?

An oven is the tool you need.

250 degrees for 15 minutes and the pulley will slip right on.

Katech makes a universal LSx balancer install tool. It works great every time and is very high quality. Katech 586-791-4120

The oven method helps. Seriously, ...
It may not be the complete method, but it does help.

dont hammer it on, you could possibly damage the thrust bearing. I just made a tool myself, took a old balancer bolt cut the head off. Used my buddys cheap *** lathe and cut it down enough to thread it to fit my mac tools balancer installer. Just by a cheap install tool and take a long bolt with the right threads to a tool and dye shop. They can probably make one in about 15min. (or just buy the katech one)

M16x2.0x120mm bolt with some washers so that it can spin...Use it until it bottoms out then use your old bolt to get it on the rest of the way and torque to 240ft lbs...Remove the old bolt and install new bolt and torque to spec...

Even if you are pressing it properly, warming up the balancer will make it slip on easier.

It's all about preserving the crankshaft thread.
