Anyone using the Edelbrock 2 piece timing cover?
I can only find the QTP's being used. Is there anyone here using the Edelbrock 4254 or 4255? I can't see spending $300 or $300 on a damn QTP cover when I can get the Edlebrock for $173.12 shipped; plus the Eddy is a better looking piece
I want to use the SLP double roller, Melling 10295 and a 2 piece cover, but it seems to be a PITA if I decide to use the double roller.
I read that the Edelbrock will not work with the SLP, but I would like to verify this; dose anyone know if this is true?
Thanks guys!

I have the edelbrock cover, it fit fine with single roller timing chain and ported LS6 oilpump. The machining was SLIGHTLY off when centered on the crank as far as the oilpan rails went, but it sealed up well enough with a little silicone.
