Default LS2 how to make it work?

i have a 00 Camaro and i'm buyin a forged short-block in about 5 months and i'll be puttin a LS2 manifold on top. i bought the LS2 manifold because it flows better than the LS1 and was incredibly cheap with fuel rails and fule injectors . . . anyway my question really is does the LS2 not have a MAP sensor at all like the LS1/LS6? or is it plugged in somewhere else? nothing is on the backalso i've looked in the classifieds but couldn't find one, don't suppose anyone has a stock LS2 TB laying around? does anyone have the MAP sensor for a LS2? (i'll check the classifieds for that also)

It is on the front passenger side of the manifold. You will need to get the extension harness from Casper. I think I payed 30 bucks for it, or you can cut the wires and splice in some wire if you want. I use my stock LS1 map sensor. you will also need to get/ make a throttle cable. I cut my stock one up and made it work. Someone sells a bracket that will allow you to not modify it.

I dont think you researched enough. The LS1 and LS2 intakes suck equally.

i also didn't say exactly what i'm doing to my build and if i'm keeping this manifold on the car for more than a year i have my old LS1 on the floor with 26lb injectors, but for the new motor the LS2 30lb injectors are better and it does flow better than a LS1

i'm just lookin to make it work for the engine for close to a year then i'll be selling it with the fuel rail and injectors

I dont remember how I did it but I hacked that thing up. Do search about it someone made it work with out chopping it apart ( I found it after it was done). The way I ended up doing it, it wont work if you dont have traction control. If you need them I can get some pics in a little bit.

drill a hole in the manifold use a threaded plug with a nipple and use a vaccum line to connect the map sensor.. and yea the ls2 sucks your better off with a ls6 intake

i'm thinking if this starts to looks like it'll cost me way more than a LS6 (which is what it's starting to look like) i'll just sell this manifold for what i paid for it and get a LS6
