Default FAST 90 tb dbc problem

i have a 98 trans am with an 05 gto intake and a fast 90 on it. i've had it for about 6 months and lately i've started having problems with it sticking open. not wide open but enough to make the car idle at 4400 rpms. if i get out and push it back shut it'll stay normal (idling at 1050 rpms) until i flog (yes flog) the throttle. then its back to idling around 2400 rpms+. anybody else run across this issue and if so what'd you do? I tried to get ahold of FAST but they wont return my calls or emails. thanks for your info.

Have you disconnected the throttle cable and tried to duplicate the problem by moving the TB lever by hand?

Some of the FAST 90s did this, they totally redesigned the 92mm's.
