#3
At first I was thinking when I read the post......Another dog of an LS beck intake on motor (N/A)
THEN I SAW the runners extending into the plenum, that's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
How long did they wind up being? Are you solid roller?
What a GREAT idea!!!!!

The camshaft in my sig is for sale, that is a hyd roller. BUT i am switching to solid now. Motor should spin around 7800. The intake is set up for Direct Nitrous.
Car will be at full weight and a 200 shot on top of the 440. Hoping low 9s some builders say 8s are possible with not much problem. ohh, on pump gas and methonal in the stand alone for the spray.

So, the attached fuel rails are included with the intake?
I didn't think Mr. Beck included fuel rails, but then again it seems like the price has gone up a little.

That's the first Beck I've ever seen where the runners extend into the intake First hand-made sheetmetal intake period like that for that matter. Mr Beck is stepping up his game on these LSX intakes, I am definately impressed.

From talking with him it was a huge pain in the *** to to all the cutting to get them to fit. One of the first he has done for an LS i believe. To get the runners so long and fit under a STOCK f-body cowl and hood the intake could not have a flange to take the top off so that i could convert it to a carb.

So Gordon, was it your idea to ask him to build it with the longer runners?
7 1/2" spinning it to 7800 should work out just perfectly. I have shyed away from putting a Beck on my motor because of the short runner length intakes he has been putting out for the LS motors but now I would definatley consider one in the future.

I asked for the runners to be as long as possible so i could spin and make power passed 7k N/A.
Lots of guys think to fit under the stock cowl and hood you have no choice but to have short runners - not true, talk to John he will take care of you!
If you want an intake like mine, call him up and tell him my name "Ken Gordon from New York"
