Default switching from ls2 to ls7 maff questions

I am having some issues with getting this all working. I swapped out my ls2 connector for the ls7 and plug it in and it works for a few and then it acts like the sensor just quits sending a signal. And then i get a low output ses light I do show with hp tunners the sensor is sending a signal till it locks up, and have triple checked the wiring order in the harness. and the sensor is facing the proper way.

Only things i can come up with i have a bad sensor, i got it new.
Anyone else have an idea?

Did you change the MAF table? On startup it is in OL, then goes into CL and starts using the MAF.

Honesty i don't know i have someone else doing the tunning. This is on a 07 tbss. I current have a speed density tune. I dont' know what he did or didn't change. Should it error out just at an idle?

I just know it running and may quit working after 30 secs may only take 5 secs after i remove the ses light. But i do see the values changing.
